প্রিমিয়ার ব্যাংক লিমিটেডের বার্ষিক ব্যবসায়িক সম্মেলন-২০া২০ আজ রেনেসাঁ ঢাকা গুলশান হোটেলে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। উক্ত অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন প্রিমিয়ার ব্যাংকের পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সম্মানিত চেয়ারম্যান এবং বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধা ডাঃ এইচ. বি. এম. ইকবাল।
বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান জনাব মঈন ইকবাল; পরিচালক জনাব আব্দুস সালাম মুর্শেদী; পরিচালক এবং চেয়ারম্যান- রিস্ক ম্যানেজমেন্ট কমিটি জনাব মুহাম্মাদ ইমরান ইকবাল, পরিচালক জনাব জামাল জি আহমেদ, স্বতন্ত্র পরিচালক জনাব চৌধুরী জাফরউল্লাহ্্ শারাফাত। এছাড়াও ব্যাংকের উপদেষ্টা মুহাম্মদ আলী; এমডি এবং সিইও এম. রিয়াজুল করিম এফসিএমএ সহ আরও অনেকেই অনুষ্ঠানটিতে উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
অনুষ্ঠানের উদ্বোধনী বক্তব্যে প্রিমিয়ার ব্যাংকের সম্মানিত চেয়ারম্যান এবং বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধা ডাঃ এইচ.বি.এম. ইকবাল, ২০১৯ অর্থবছর শেষে ব্যাংকের সার্বিক বৃদ্ধি ও উন্নয়ন উপলক্ষে শাখা পরিচালক ও জোনাল হেডের প্রতি আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করেন এবং আশা প্রকাশ করেন, সাফল্যের এই প্রবণতা ২০২০ সালে ব্যাংকিং খাতে নিজেদের অবস্থানকে আরও সমৃদ্ধ করবে। তিনি আরও বলেন, ২০১৯ সালে ব্যাংকিং সেবায় বিপুল প্রতিযোগিতা সত্ত্বেও অত্র প্রতিষ্ঠানের সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের আন্তরিক প্রচেষ্টা, কঠোর পরিশ্রম ও গ্রাহক সেবার মান উন্নয়নের ফলে এই সাফল্য এসেছে।
অনুষ্ঠানে অংশগ্রহনকারী ১১৫ টি শাখার পরিচালক, জোনাল হেড এবং প্রধান কার্যালয়ের বিভিন্ন বিভাগীয় প্রধান ২০২০ সালের পূর্ণ লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যাংক ব্যবসায় উন্নয়নের কলাকৌশল এবং চ্যালেঞ্জের উপর গুরুত্ব আরোপ করেন।
২০২০ সালে প্রিমিয়ার ব্যাংককে দেশের অন্যতম সেরা ব্যাংকের তালিকায় আরো এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে- বর্তমান মুদ্রা বাজার, অর্থনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি এবং সার্বিক বাণিজ্যিক অগ্রগতি পর্যালোচনা সাপেক্ষে দক্ষ লোকবল নিয়োগ, পরিকল্পিত ব্যবসা ও নতুন নতুন ব্যবসায়িক পন্যের প্রচলন আবশ্যিক বলে মত প্রদান করেন ব্যাংকের উপদেষ্টা এবং এমডি সহ উচ্চপদস্থ কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ।
Premier Bank Ltd. Annual Business Conference-2020 Held
Annual Business Conference-2020 of The Premier Bank Limited with the theme “20 Years of Prosperity” was held today at Renaissance Hotel Gulshan Dhaka. Freedom Fighter Dr. H.B.M. Iqbal, Honorable Chairman, Board of Directors of The Premier Bank Limited graced the occasion as Chief Guest.
Mr. Moin Iqbal, Vice Chairman; Mr. Abdus Salam Murshedy, MP, Director; Mr. Mohammad Imran Iqbal, Director & Chairman-Risk Management Committee; Mr. Jamal G Ahmed, Director; Mr. Chowdhury Jafarullah Sharafat, Independent Director were present as the special guest. Advisor of the bank Mr. Muhammed Ali & Managing Director & CEO Mr. M. Reazul Karim, FCMA among others were also present in the conference.
In the inaugural speech, Freedom Fighter Dr. H.B.M. Iqbal, Honorable Chairman, Board of Directors of The Premier Bank Limited has shown gratitude to Honorable Directors, Management, Divisional Heads, 115 Branch Managers and officials of the bank over the growth & development of the bank during 2019 and hoped that the trend of the success will be enhanced further in 2020 to strengthen Bank’s position in the banking sector.
In the backdrop of current financial scenario, fundamental market and trade situation, Adviser & MD of the Bank highlighted on the work plan for reaching destination with excellence exploring avenues through an intensive exploitation with firm ownership. Our goal is to take a big step forward for growth and review Premier Bank’s position as one of the top performing banks in the country.
